LogiSpace is a commercial real estate brokerage specializing in managed and flexible office spaces across India. We work with leading operators to help clients find the right office solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This role combines sales execution and strategic contribution. You will prospect clients, suggest properties, arrange site visits, and close deals within monthly targets. You will also collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategies that enhance our presence in Mumbai, strengthen lead generation, and support business growth.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in sales but wants to play a key role in shaping business strategy and growth initiatives.

Sales & Client Engagement
  • Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
  • Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Strategy & Business Growth
  • Develop strategies for a stronger market presence in Mumbai.
  • Contribute ideas for digital marketing campaigns that boost lead generation.
  • Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
  • Collaborate on team expansion strategies in Mumbai, including hiring and scaling business operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant experience.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
  • Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
