We're seeking an experienced professional with a solid background in developing customer-centric digital solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the design, development, configuration, and deployment of projects related to end-user technologies, including asynchronous collaboration services.
  • Engineer, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions with a strong emphasis on Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
  • Provide technical leadership on key initiatives, including integrations, automations, custom applications, and workflow design.
Requirements
  • Masters degree and 1 to 3 years of Information Technology experience supporting Microsoft 365, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelors degree and 3 to 5 years of Information Technology experience supporting Microsoft 365, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Information Technology experience supporting Microsoft 365, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in collaboration tools, with a solid background in developing and delivering customer-centric digital solutions.
  • Experience managing security, compliance, and governance within the Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
