The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a proven track record in LinkedIn growth strategy and B2B lead generation. As a seasoned expert, you will be responsible for growing our brand visibility, attracting top talent, and generating qualified leads for our IT consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn content calendar to drive engagement and increase our online presence.
  • Optimize company and leadership profiles to maximize their potential for maximum visibility.
  • Design and implement outreach and engagement campaigns targeting IT leaders, Salesforce prospects, and talent pools to foster meaningful connections.
  • Monitor analytics and provide actionable insights with weekly performance reports, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment and brand awareness efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in LinkedIn strategy and B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn SEO principles, hashtags, content algorithms, and paid campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing and creative storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences.
