Lead Visual Designer

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Visual Designer to spearhead the development of our educational content's visual identity.

  • This role will require you to lead a team of designers, overseeing the creation of visually appealing designs for educational content.
  • You will manage the workflow and assign tasks to your team members, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards and be ready to make hands-on contributions to video creation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, and educational resources.

As a Lead Visual Designer, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in our graphic design efforts. If you're passionate about creating engaging visual experiences and have experience managing external vendors, we'd love to hear from you

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles in Edtech industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
