A Job of Leadership in Design Department Requires Skilled Professional A highly experienced leader is required to head the design department. Design Regulatory Requirements and Technical Expectations:

  • Necessary to go through and understand DOA requirements under project specifications/TDS
  • Responsible for ensuring signatory delegation process (SDP) as per A1020/M1020 requirements
  • Accountable for reviewing WPL recommendations/requests on DOA scope
  • Accountable for independent technical reviews and applicable compliances
  • Identify and provide required trainings and close monitoring of effectiveness during mentoring phase
  • Review monthly data of all nominees/signatories as per audit/compliances requirements through logbooks
  • Take appropriate actions on Non-Quality Non-conformance and KPI deviations as per A1020/M1020 requirements
  • Report to HOE during internal meetings internal and external audits
  • Coordinate with QA Department on process compliances/requirements
  • Coordinate with WPLs to improve quality metrics
  • Maintain the list of nominees and signatories through CTPS record

Desirable skills include good communication presentation project management risks mitigations and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in implementing technical initiatives and best practices.
