The Role

You'll be responsible for working inside our custom WordPress engine (themes, plugins, internal tools), building and maintaining advanced Gutenberg blocks, optimizing database queries, integrating with REST APIs, and collaborating daily in Docker/Podman environments.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Deep expertise in PHP and the WordPress ecosystem.
  • Strong SQL skills and proven experience optimizing queries for performance.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservice integration patterns.
  • React experience for Gutenberg block development.
  • Comfortable with Docker/Podman workflows and Linux environments.
  • A performance-minded developer: profiling, measuring, and optimizing code execution.
  • MacOS or Linux development environment.
  • Good command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working closely with designers and front-end integrators.

We're looking for a professional with over 4 years of experience in web development and WordPress. You must be meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong team spirit and ability to take initiative.
