Strategic Identity Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality IAM solutions.
- Develop and implement identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IIQ, ISC, MS Entra ID, and CyberArk.
- Design and deploy Role Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration with HR Systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
- Contribute to SOC/Sox internal and audits, showcasing expertise in modern authentication methodologies such as SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID.
- 5+ years of experience in building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving multiple applications and technologies.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RBAC systems, Segregation of Duties, and Entitlement Management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across boundaries and adapt to change.
