AI Software Development Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI software development engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in backend development, AI/ML orchestration, and data management.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Python, large language models (LLMs), and the ability to design efficient data access patterns for AI workloads. They will also have hands-on experience building and managing data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Databricks or equivalent tools.

In addition to the required skills, preferred skills include familiarity with cloud platforms, knowledge of additional AI/ML frameworks and tools, and experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable REST APIs using Python.
  • Develop and deploy intent detection models and natural language understanding (NLU) components for conversational AI applications.
  • Build and manage data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Databricks or equivalent tools.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation using vector databases.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Python for building and maintaining scalable REST APIs.
  • Strong expertise in Python with a focus on machine learning and large language models (LLMs).
  • Experience in building autonomous AI agents using frameworks like OpenAI Functions or custom orchestration solutions.
  • Solid understanding of structured (SQL), graph (CosmosDB), and unstructured (Elasticsearch) databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of additional AI/ML frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
