Building Foundations

As a Civil Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish.

• Project Management and Oversight: Manage day-to-day civil site activities as per approved drawings, coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining quality standards.
• Site Coordination: Attend meetings with project management, clients, architects, and vendors, maintain regular coordination with the design team for design clarifications, and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure proper workmanship and adherence to technical specifications, conduct quality checks during critical stages, identify and report any site deviations or non-conformance immediately.
• Resource and Material Management: Verify delivery, quality, and storage of construction materials, maintain daily site material consumption log, and coordinate with the procurement team for material requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain complete site documentation including drawings, work permits, checklists, inspection reports, etc., submit daily work reports to the Project Manager, and prepare measurement books to assist in contractor billing verification.
• Client Communication: Represent the company professionally during client visits, address client queries, and escalate important issues to the Project Manager.
