Job Title:

Edge AI System Architect

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Edge AI System Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced IoT solutions with AI capabilities for edge devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architect large-scale, distributed Edge AI systems for real-time inference across thousands of devices.
  2. Lead hardware-aware model development optimized for deployment on platforms like NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm Snapdragon, Intel Movidius, and ARM Cortex-A/NPU chips.
  3. Design pipelines for edge inferencing with low-latency, low-power, and high-accuracy constraints.
  4. Lead performance tuning using tools like TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, TVM, and OpenVINO.
  5. Build scalable, secure model deployment platforms using NVIDIA Triton, Edge Kubernetes (K3s), and MLOps frameworks.
  6. Integrate AI with real-world data sources: video streams, sensor fusion (IMU, LiDAR), audio, etc.
  7. Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and platform teams for system-level optimization.
  8. Define strategies for OTA model updates, fleet-wide monitoring, and privacy-preserving AI.
  9. Stay ahead of emerging trends in tinyML, neural architecture search (NAS), zero-shot inference, and federated learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Edge AI system design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and architectures.
  • Experience with Edge computing platforms and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
