The Role

We are seeking a Crypto Asset Trader to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will utilize our proprietary research pipelines, execution engines, and low-latency technology to maximize profit and minimize losses.

This role is ideal for self-directed traders with a proven track record of profitability, looking to amplify their edge with access to advanced infrastructure and capital backing.

Responsibilities
  • Trade cryptocurrencies and digital assets: Identify and execute profitable opportunities in real-time, leveraging our cutting-edge technology and expert knowledge.
  • Develop and refine strategies: Create, deploy, monitor, and enhance discretionary and systematic trading approaches to optimize results.
  • Manage risk exposure: Ensure that risk levels remain within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks, guaranteeing the stability of our operations.
  • Record trades and strategies: Maintain detailed records of trades, market conditions, and strategy performance to inform future decisions and improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with experts: Share insights and work closely with quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends: Remain informed about macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developments to make informed trading decisions.
