Site Engineer Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SITE ENGINEER to join our team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the daily technical supervision, coordination, and management of civil engineering works.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee and manage daily construction activities on site, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and approved methods.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed daily site reports, progress reports, and quality control documentation.
  • Monitor progress, quality of work, and safety performance of the construction team and subcontractors.
  • Identify potential problems and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks and delays.

Key Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Civil Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Technical skills in Auto-Cad, Excel, Word.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior knowledge of state and central government department norms and standards.
