Job Title: Research Professor

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Research Professor to join our dynamic faculty. If you're committed to shaping future psychologists and contributing to cutting-edge research, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lecture and Seminar Delivery: Deliver engaging lectures and seminars across undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programs
  • Curriculum Development: Develop curriculum and course materials aligned with current psychological theories and practices
  • Student Supervision: Supervise student research projects, internships, and dissertations
  • Research and Publication: Conduct original research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
  • Departmental Activities: Participate in departmental activities, academic committees, and student mentoring
  • Learning Environment: Foster an inclusive and stimulating learning environment

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Psychology: Ph.D. in Psychology (or nearing completion) from a recognized institution
  • Specialization: Specialization in Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Organizational Psychology, etc.
  • Teaching Experience: Proven teaching experience at the university level preferred
  • Research Portfolio: Strong research portfolio with publications in reputable journals
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Academic Excellence: Commitment to academic excellence and student development
