We are seeking an experienced Presentation Design Lead to oversee our team of PPT designers, develop and maintain slide design standards, manage bandwidth and priorities, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely, consistent, and high-impact presentation deliverables.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of visual designers and provide coaching and mentoring.">
  • Develop and maintain slide design standards and master templates.">
  • Ensure brand governance for presentation assets and consistent application across all outputs.">
  • Provide creative direction for structuring narratives, visual storytelling, and data visualization.">
  • Oversee motion and animation integration in presentations, ensuring output quality across platforms.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 8+ years of experience in presentation/visual design, with at least 2–4 years in a leadership role.">
  • Deep expertise in PowerPoint (masters, custom layouts, animations, export settings), with strong working knowledge of Google Slides and Keynote.">
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality slide decks, storytelling, and data visualization.">
  • Hands-on design skills in typography, layout, composition, and color.">
  • Understanding of motion design principles and tools such as After Effects (preferred).">
  • Familiarity with performance management systems is a plus.">
