Job Title: Client Support Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Client Support Associate to join our fast-paced team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support.

Your primary focus will be on providing timely and effective assistance to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve client issues, while also contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. A strong background in customer service and technical support is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Analyze and resolve complex client issues, escalating as necessary to senior team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and share best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance client services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science).
  • 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a technical support environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and tools.
