As an Architectural Drafter, you will play a pivotal role in transforming conceptual sketches into construction-ready drawings using advanced CAD software.

About the Role:
  • You will ensure compliance and quality by applying in-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with our team to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical plans into a cohesive design.
  • Drive project efficiency by assisting in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations.
  • Solve complex challenges by identifying and resolving design issues.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a strong portfolio in building/infrastructure projects.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit or other BIM software being a significant plus.
  • Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, technical specifications, and Indian building codes.
  • Keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Associate's degree, Diploma, or certification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
