Role Summary

A detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager is sought after by a global creative team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in quality control, preferably in a print or marketing environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards in quality assurance, reviewing print materials thoroughly, ensuring grammatical accuracy and consistency, and extending quality control to video, social, and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review print materials thoroughly
  • Ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain message consistency
  • Verify legal terms and conditions
  • Confirm proper use of trademarks and addresses
  • Extend quality control to video, social, and digital assets
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality control
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of print production processes
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid skills in colour management
  • Excellent proofreading and editing abilities
  • In-depth understanding of brand guidelines
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising legal requirements
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills
