About the Role:

Business analysts play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business and technology. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements to drive data integration use cases involving IBM ITX.

The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of HIPAA X12 EDI transaction sets and experience working with or supporting IBM ITX projects. They should be able to understand and document source-to-target data mappings and have proficiency in analyzing flat files, XML, JSON, and CSV formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for data integration use cases
  • Interpret and map HIPAA X12 EDI transaction sets to system data models and ITX transformations
  • Work closely with solution architects to define interface specifications, source-to-target mappings, and validation rules

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical or Integration Business Analyst
  • Strong working knowledge of HIPAA X12 EDI transaction sets
  • Experience working with or supporting IBM ITX (Transformation Extender) projects
