About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to support Agile delivery processes, ensuring governance, transparency, and efficiency across digitally built assets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Agile Governance Support: Ensure Agile ceremonies are aligned with governance policies.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics to leadership.
  • Facilitate adherence to delivery standards and best practices across product teams.
Scrum Master Collaboration:
  • Support Scrum Masters and Product Owners in backlog hygiene and sprint readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and highlight risks or blockers to delivery.
Azure DevOps Management:
  • Monitor work item lifecycle in Azure DevOps.
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation related to sprints and delivery governance.
Internal Asset Oversight:
  • Track lifecycle and usage of internally developed platforms/products.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure assets meet governance and compliance needs.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Agile processes through automation, tooling, or updated frameworks.
  • Conduct periodic retrospectives to recommend governance enhancements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps – boards, queries, dashboards.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM).
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps.
