Interior Construction Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the execution of high-end interior construction projects. This role requires a strong creative vision and technical expertise to deliver world-class finishes in state-of-the-art facilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects on technical matters.
- Manage interior construction projects from start to finish.
- Schedule projects and monitor progress.
- Align with project construction teams and leaders.
- Value and manage projects, including billing.
- Maintain quality control and assurance.
- Source local and imported materials and coordinate installations.
- Collaborate with MEP teams and other project participants.
- Familiarity with BIM is a plus.
- Experience with fast-track projects is advantageous.
- Knowledge of lighting and landscape-related works is required.
- Monitor projects using MS Project or Primavera, identifying key milestones and improving productivity.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Proven track record of identifying snags and rectifying them before handover with an excellent tracking system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Preferred experience in hospitals and hotels.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with 2 years in a team management role.
