About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cost Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing costs and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost management plans to ensure accurate and efficient costing.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective cost planning and management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential cost risks to minimize financial impact.
  • Prepare and present regular cost reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cost planning and management, preferably in construction or engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
