Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Core HR & Absence Management module implementations, ensuring seamless integration with other HCM modules.
  • Reporting & Fast Formulas: Design and develop BI Publisher (BIP) Reports for Core HR and Absence, including custom report development.

This role requires a high level of expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM with at least 3-4 full lifecycle implementation projects experience. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Core HR and Absence Management.

Technical & Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of Fusion Core HR, Absence Management configurations, and business processes.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
