Job Opportunity: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Avensys is a global IT professional services company headquartered in Singapore. Our service spectrum includes enterprise solution consulting, business intelligence, and business process automation.

We are currently looking to hire a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors consultant with extensive experience in Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) and Succession, Career & Development Planning (SMCDP).

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working exclusively in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong expertise in PMGM and SMCDP, including goal plans, performance cycles, calibrations, 360 reviews, feedback workflows, and development paths.
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation of PMGM and SMCDP modules, as well as proven ability to handle change requests and maintenance tasks.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes related to performance, goal setting, career planning, and succession planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to conduct workshops and engage with business and HR teams.
