Senior Tax Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Consultant to join our team of professionals.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in taxation, compliance, and audit, with a strong understanding of income tax law, computation, and transfer pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Audit: Prepare and review tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, income tax returns, and statutory forms based on applicable provisions.
- Legal Research and Representation: Conduct legal research and prepare appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before tax authorities.
- Consultancy and Advisory: Provide consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications for domestic and international transactions, as well as advise on employee tax structures and incentives.
- Coordination and Analysis: Coordinate with overseas consultants to finalize tax returns as per local laws and analyze cross-border tax implications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.
- Proficient in income tax law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and drafting abilities.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA dropout with relevant experience.
