  • Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist users in addressing abuse, mental health, and trauma-related cases via voice and non-voice channels on the iDare Platform.

  2. Conduct comprehensive user assessments, evaluating symptoms, identifying risk factors, and formulating customized plans to address individual needs.

  3. Provide crisis intervention by offering immediate support and assessing for safety, facilitating de-escalation, and coordinating referrals for further care if necessary.

  4. Offer education to clients and their families about rights violation, mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources available for their well-being.

  5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, including content creation.

  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, progress notes, and interventions while adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations.

  7. Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current developments in the field and participating in ongoing training and professional growth activities.

  8. Promote awareness about abuse, trauma, and mental health to reduce stigma and advocate for the importance of holistic wellness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Master's Degree in Psychology or Counselling is required.
  2. Specialization in Counselling Psychology is preferred.
  3. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is essential.
  4. A typing speed of 30-35 words per minute with 90% accuracy is mandatory.
  5. The ability to empathize with individuals who have experienced abuse or injustice and provide compassionate support and understanding is crucial.
  6. A deep understanding of the importance of mental health and well-being, along with a commitment to promoting mental health awareness and support, is necessary.
  7. Strong teamwork skills, a structured approach to work, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills are highly valued.
