
Effective Claims Resolutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in resolving claims issues and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on pending medical claims with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers.
- Identify and resolve claim issues with unpaid or denied claims.
- Ensure timely payments of claims through appeals of denials and resolution of any errors.
- Review and analyze insurance remittance advice to ensure proper reimbursement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and actions taken.
- Work with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in billing and coding.
- Provide superior customer service by effectively resolving inquiries and concerns.
- Stay current on trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Any degree from a recognized institution.
