Cyber Security Architect/Engineer II Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Architect/Engineer II to join our Product Security Assurance Team.

The successful candidate will provide mentorship, expertise, and direction to junior team members, assisting with onboarding and internal team training. They will champion strategic Product Security initiatives, overseeing timely delivery of client deliverables and ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, expertise, and leadership to junior team members.
  • Assist with the onboarding process and conduct internal team training sessions.
  • Champion strategic Product Security projects and ensure their timely completion.
  • Oversee and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables and fulfillment of requirements.
  • Proactively anticipate and manage potential escalations and initiate corrective actions.
  • Lead initiatives to engineer improved solutions and develop methodologies for security testing.
  • Deliver security testing across all products and identify areas for improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of total experience in cyber security.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in penetration testing.
  • A minimum of 1 year of project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in penetration testing of Web, Mobile Apps, Thick Clients, APIs, Web Services, Hardware, Cloud, and Containers.
  • Familiarity with IoT penetration testing and its challenges.
  • In-depth understanding of application protocols, software development, and common attack vectors.
  • Strong cybersecurity capabilities and solid software engineering skills.
  • An in-depth understanding of security-by-design principles and architecture-level security concepts.
