Chemical Formulation Specialist

The position of Chemical Formulation Specialist involves the creation and development of cosmetic products through hands-on experience in formulation, ingredient analysis, and product research. As a specialist in this field, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills in various areas including haircare and skincare formulations.

  • Develop new cosmetic products by formulating and testing ingredients and formulations.
  • Analyze and evaluate the safety and efficacy of cosmetic ingredients and formulations.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to design and execute lab-scale trials and stability tests for product formulations.
  • Document findings and prepare reports on product development and experimentation.
  • Align formulations with client needs and market trends by collaborating with the salon team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
  • Strong interest in cosmetics and personal care product development.
  • Knowledge of formulation techniques, raw materials, and safety regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive in experimenting and documenting results.
