Job Title: SAP Basis Administration Expertise

As a Senior SAP Basis Consultant at Greathr Solutions, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of SAP systems. Your key responsibilities include:

  • SAP System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain SAP environments on Oracle & HANA database and Azure-based platforms.
  • SAP Landscape Management: Implement and manage SAP system landscapes across different environments (development, testing, production) and cloud platforms (Azure).
  • Performance Tuning: Conduct regular performance tuning of SAP systems to ensure high system availability and efficiency, focusing on Oracle and HANA databases and BW on HANA environments.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Manage SAP systems on Azure Cloud (SAP on Azure), including setting up and maintaining SAP infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration between SAP HANA and other cloud-based services.
  • Database Administration: Expertise in Oracle database administration, including installation, patches, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Patch Management and Upgrades: Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, including patching and updates for SAP software, databases (Oracle and HANA), and cloud infrastructure (Azure).
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues related to SAP environments, including application crashes, database performance issues, and connectivity problems between SAP components.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BASIS administration, specifically with SAP ECC, PO, CRM, BOBJ, BTP, BW on HANA, and SAP HANA databases.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SAP HANA administration, including HANA database management, performance tuning, and optimization.
  • Certifications: SAP Administration certification or equivalent SAP certifications.
