Job Title: Creative Visualizer

We are seeking a highly skilled visualizer to join our creative team as we expand our capabilities.

About the Role:

  • Deliver impactful stories through compelling visuals that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging visuals that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop interactive communication design, staying current on design trends around the globe.
  • Translate ideas into tangible design concepts, meeting clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements.
  • Redefine a design brief within time constraints, presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and work on layouts ready for print.
  • Work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Basic skills in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Sites, and other G Suite tools.
  • Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging design tech.
