Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Cost Estimator to join our Sales team. As an Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating project specifications and determining the most suitable solutions for integrating control systems with HVAC systems, DDC systems, and PLCs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in automation or HVAC-related estimation. You will work closely with our Design, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure that estimation inputs align with the final execution strategy and project timelines.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting technical analysis and feasibility studies, utilizing industry knowledge and estimation software tools to prepare detailed cost estimates, and engaging with clients, contractors, and vendors to address inquiries and negotiate terms.

  • Evaluate project specifications, technical requirements, and scope of work to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to determine suitable solutions and approaches.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, DDC, and PLC systems using industry knowledge and estimation software tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure estimation inputs align with project strategies and timelines.
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and vendors to address inquiries, clarify technical details, and negotiate terms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in automation or HVAC-related estimation.
  • Certifications in Cost Estimation, Document Formatting, Proposal Drafting, RFQ Analysis, and Process Improvement.
