Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our product team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design fundamentals and be able to create visually engaging designs that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Lead user research and usability testing, gathering insights to refine designs.
  • Ensure designs align with accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.

User Interface Design:

  • Create pixel-perfect UI components, layouts, and design systems in Figma.
  • Apply motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability.
  • Maintain design consistency across web and mobile platforms.

Design-to-Development Handoff:

  • Use tools like Figma's Dev Mode, Zeplin, or Storybook to provide engineers with clean assets and clear design specs.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs.

New-Age Skills:

  • Prompt engineers effectively to ensure designs are implemented with accuracy and performance in mind.
  • Leverage AI-assisted design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E) to speed up ideation and asset generation.

Collaboration & Growth:

  • Work closely with senior designers to learn best practices and continuously improve craft.
  • Stay updated on design trends, interaction models, and AI-driven design innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
