Telehealth Specialist

Job Description:

As a Telehealth Specialist, you will provide online consultations for patients with rheumatologic conditions. You will review patient history and medical records digitally, prescribe e-prescriptions, and ensure high standards of care and compliance with medical ethics.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide online consultations for patients with rheumatologic conditions (arthritis, autoimmune disorders, joint pain, etc.).
  • Review patient history and medical records digitally.
  • Prescribe e-prescriptions through our secure system.
  • Be available for per-minute calls, chats, and scheduled sessions.
  • Ensure high standards of care and compliance with medical ethics.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • MBBS + MD / DM / DNB in Rheumatology / Internal Medicine (with specialization).
  • Valid registration with the National Medical Commission.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (post-PG preferred).
  • Tech-friendly & comfortable with digital consultations.
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus).
