Senior Frontend Engineer

As a senior frontend engineer, you will play a key role in driving the development of our company's web applications. This includes owning the architecture, design, and implementation of complex UI components and applications using React JS.
- Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, providing technical direction and mentoring to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver robust solutions that meet business requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality and maintainability through regular testing and debugging.
- Drive agile practices and take ownership of sprint planning, estimations, and team deliverables to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness to ensure a seamless user experience.
Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles. They should have hands-on experience with Redux, React Hooks, React Router, or similar state management tools.
