Sought After Automation Engineer Job

  • Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will excel at designing, developing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.

  • Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
  • Perform ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to validate data at the source, staging, and target systems.
  • Perform UI testing to ensure functional correctness of web applications.
  • Validate that data displayed in UI matches the underlying database (end-to-end).
  • Identify, analyze and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to test frameworks and reusable components for automation.
  • Ensure test coverage, traceability and adherence to QA standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in QA Automation Testing.
  • Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
  • Hands-on experience in ETL/Data Warehouse testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for data validation.
  • Experience in TestNG / JUnit frameworks.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC and Defect Lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
