Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Specialist to lead PR campaigns, media outreach, and brand reputation management.

  • Develop PR Strategies: Create and implement PR strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
  • Media Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and key media stakeholders.
  • Content Creation: Develop press releases, media kits, thought-leadership articles, and crisis communication notes.
  • Media Coverage: Secure media coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal creative and digital teams to amplify PR campaigns.
  • Media Monitoring: Monitor media trends, competitor activity, and share-of-voice metrics.
  • Event Management: Manage events, press conferences, and influencer/partner collaborations.
  • Counseling: Provide trusted consulting services for clients, advising on reputation management and storytelling.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years of PR experience (agency background preferred).
  • Media Network: Strong media network, especially in business, lifestyle, and digital publications.
  • Writing Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills (press-ready copywriting ability is essential).
  • Industry Experience: Experience in managing PR for brands across industries (tech, FMCG, education, lifestyle, etc.).
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Crisis Management: Crisis communication and stakeholder management experience is advantageous.
