About the Role:

The Financial Analyst Accountant will be responsible for processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and generating reports to meet targets. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices as per standard operating procedures and meet targets.
  • Resolve discrepant invoices as per standard operating procedures.
  • Generate and update Accounts Payable reports.
  • Pass rectification entries for errors identified by internal QC teams.
  • Perform quality checks on Select Invoices for payment and release as per standard operating procedures.
  • Create/Update Vendor Master records based on standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, BBA(Finance), M.Com, or MBA(Finance).
  • Good understanding of MS applications.
  • 0-1 year experience in Accounting/AP Domain.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
