About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator Assistant. This role involves providing 24/5 training administration support for top companies across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via email with issues related to training administration.
- Offer training scheduling options and resolve issues efficiently.
- Gather relevant details and perform a detailed case analysis.
- Document cases in the system and generate tickets.
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage training activities within a Learning Management System (LMS).
Qualifications
- Graduate degree (B.A., B.Sc., BCA, etc.).
- Candidates with a B.Tech (Mech/Biotech) or a Distance PG can also apply.
- Working knowledge of computers is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Experience in customer service or support.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
