AI Software Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced AI software developer to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building reliable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced AI-enabled products by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent advancements in foundation models. You will evaluate emerging techniques and integrate them into our production systems.
  • Create high-performance search and retrieval-augmented generation systems for efficient data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
  • Design robust evaluation frameworks to assess the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs using a polyglot approach with open-source models.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A strong background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Familiarity with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO for distributed AI workloads, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming is desired.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases is essential.
