IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Administrator Job Description

The role of an IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Administrator is a critical position in our organization. This individual will be responsible for administering and maintaining IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments, designing, deploying, and managing B2B integration workflows that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments.
  • Design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows that align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement transformation flows using ITXA.
  • Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes.
  • Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts, managing incidents and coordinating response efforts.
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly experienced administrator who possesses hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with IBM ITXA.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud networking and storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation practices.
