About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer to join our team. As a Delphi Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and developing customized Delphi Windows applications
  • Distilling requirements from legacy Delphi applications for green field projects
  • Performing unit testing and troubleshooting of Delphi Windows applications utilizing SQL Server databases
  • Running and monitoring software performance tests on new and existing programs for error correction, improvement, and debugging
  • Administering critical analysis of test results and delivering solutions to problem areas
  • Liaising with QA teams to resolve problems with custom software products and company software systems
  • Creating technical documents for software products using tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Visio, Word, and Excel

You will be working closely with Business Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other developers to ensure that modifications and enhancements to existing software provide efficient and effective solutions for the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Delphi 6 or higher, Object Oriented Pascal, SQL Server 2012 or higher, T-SQL, and stored procedures. Additionally, you should have familiarity with source control/ALM software, software versioning, and release management.
