Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive developer to join our team.

This role is ideal for junior professionals or interns looking to gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex data models and creating powerful business intelligence solutions.

  • Design and develop robust data models to create a single source of truth for clients' data.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that meet client requirements and business objectives.
  • Connect to various data sources (e.g., BigQuery, Azure SQL) and define relationships and data transformations within the data model.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize code and queries for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development

Develop robust data models to create a single source of truth for clients' data.

Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that meet client requirements and business objectives.

Integration and Optimization

Connect to various data sources (e.g., BigQuery, Azure SQL) and define relationships and data transformations within the data model.

Troubleshoot and optimize code and queries for performance and scalability.

Collaboration and Delivery

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all solutions.

Assist in sales analytics, lead tracking, or project reporting as needed.

Ideal Candidate

0.5–3 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying BI solutions.

Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery, Azure SQL).

Solid understanding of data modeling principles and experience with various data sources.

Excellent communication skills and ability to self-manage tasks effectively.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Work Mode & Location

Hybrid role: 3 days Work From Office at BHive Premium Campus, AKR Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru.

Remaining days remote/flexible as per project schedule.
