Position Overview:

As a self-driven Data Engineer, you will work across teams to develop data solutions, ensure data governance and support real-time and batch processing. Your experience in Azure cloud tools, strong problem-solving skills and T-SQL expertise are essential.

  • Work with different teams to develop quality database requirements.
  • Develop expertise in Azure cloud platforms, including Advanced Python Programming, Databricks, Azure SQL, Data Factory, Data Lake and SSIS.
  • Create scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark and SQL.
  • Implement Delta Lake tables with ACID transactions and schema evolution for real-time and batch processing.
  • Use Unity Catalog for centralized data governance, access control and data lineage tracking.
  • Independently analyze, solve and correct issues in real time.
  • Develop unit tests for automatic testing.
  • Apply SOLID development principles for data integrity and cohesiveness.
  • Interact with product owners and business representatives to determine and satisfy needs.
  • Display ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success.
  • Be a critical thinker and problem-solver.

  • Communicate effectively.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
  • Self-driven with minimal supervision.
  • Proven experience with T-SQL programming, Azure Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog and ADLS Gen2.
  • Microsoft TFS, Visual Studio, Devops exposure.
  • Cloud platforms experience such as Azure or any.
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare domain knowledge.
