Job Title: Content Developer

We are seeking a skilled Content Developer to create engaging video scripts for social media and promotional campaigns.

  • Create compelling content for short-form videos, reels, and course promos tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and video teams to conceptualize and execute ideas that drive attention and conversions.
  • Develop copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, landing pages, and emailers to support digital marketing efforts.
  • Understand target audience personas and write content that aligns with their interests, challenges, and motivations.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and storytelling across all platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings.
  • Continuously optimize scripts and copies based on performance data and feedback.

A portfolio showcasing video scripts, social media copies, and promotional campaigns is a must. Experience in Ed-tech or education marketing, knowledge of performance marketing copywriting (CTAs, hooks, conversion tactics), and basic understanding of content SEO and keyword usage are highly valued.
