We are seeking an experienced Information Security Consultant to join our team at WNS. As a key member of our Information Security function, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client data.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities in client operations and technology infrastructure.
- Develop and implement effective security controls to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain information security policies and procedures.
- Schedule and conduct regular audits to assess compliance with established security protocols.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and data breaches in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide expert guidance on information security best practices to business leaders and employees.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging security threats and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in information security, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing effective security controls and protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
