About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of search execution, including managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments. This involves leading research mapping, candidate engagement, client relationship management, and working with consultants to prepare client pitches and presentations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth research to identify potential candidates and developing a research strategy to meet client requirements.
  • MAPPING THE UNIVERSE OF A GIVEN ASSIGNMENT by networking extensively on the telephone with sources and candidates.
  • Preparing detailed biographies and CVs for shortlisted candidates and presenting them to clients.
  • Assisting consultants in delivering research presentations to clients and covering the desk in their absence.
  • Developing a network of reliable sources and staying informed about hiring trends and industry developments.

You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in executive search or a related field.
  • Bright, articulate, and well-presented with excellent communication skills.
  • Well-organized with a calm and unflappable temperament and first-rate organizational skills.
  • Proactive, willing, and adaptable with a good team player attitude.
