Key Position: Front-End Developer

This role involves combining front-end development with technical SEO implementation and performance optimisation to ensure client websites are fast, scalable, user-friendly and SEO-ready. Responsibilities include improving website speed through image compression, code minification, and caching.

The developer will implement and manage content delivery networks (CDNs) while ensuring mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Structured data (schema markup) will be implemented for services, locations, blogs, FAQs and reviews.

CMS development and integrations involve building and customising pages in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer etc. Interactive elements like Google Maps embeds, Google Reviews and local store locators will be integrated. Third-party plugins/widgets such as review aggregators will also be managed.

The successful candidate will have experience with front-end development (WordPress / Webflow / Framer experience essential), proven expertise in technical SEO implementation and structured data, and a solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, site performance and responsive design.

Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React and Next.js is desired. Familiarity with tools like Surfer SEO, GSC and Ahrefs insights for technical fixes is an advantage. Knowledge of A/B testing tools and CRO strategies is beneficial.
