Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with overall company objectives
- Identify and prioritize key growth levers across various channels like organic search, paid marketing, social media, partnerships, and referral programs
- Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Lead the development and optimization of customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and influencer marketing
- Work closely with product development teams to prioritize features and functionalities that drive growth
- Plan new user pricing and offers to drive on-platform conversions and ROI
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identify and implement high-impact initiatives that drive sustainable user growth. Continuously monitor and optimize acquisition funnels to maximize ROI (Return on Investment).
- Develop engaging content strategies to increase brand awareness and organic reach across various channels (SEO, social media, etc.).
- Build and foster thriving online communities that attract and retain users.
- Track and analyze user acquisition metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that optimize our non-paid acquisition efforts.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
- Proven track record of success in driving substantial growth within the consumer technology industry.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
- Proven track record of helping scale up digital marketing and App install in a start-up environment.
- Experience in executing online customer acquisition campaigns at a large scale.
- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Deep understanding of organic growth channels (SEO, content marketing, etc.)
