The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in managing multi-entity, multi-currency operations. You will also be responsible for coordinating with US and India teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CPA (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • 7–12 years of progressive experience covering Indian Accounting, Payroll Compliance, and US Accounting
  • Prior experience in multi-industry payroll & statutory compliance is mandatory
