Senior Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and agency standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, creativity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design static and digital creatives for social media, digital campaigns, print collateral, and other client requirements.
  • Manage multiple design assignments, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to maintaining and elevating our visual identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and relevant tools to deliver innovative and engaging content.

Deliverables:

  • Consistent adherence to brand guidelines and creative direction.
  • Turnaround Time (TAT) for all projects must meet agreed deadlines.
  • Collaboration with internal teams for seamless incorporation of feedback.
  • Active participation in internal brainstorming, workshops, or design reviews.
  • Using professional editing tools and AI to improve output.

Job Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  2. Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Growth Trajectory:

  • 0–3 Months: Deliver quality work, gain proficiency in agency processes, and build strong working relationships with the team.
  • 3–6 Months: Take on a broader range of design assignments, offer ideas to enhance visual output, and participate actively in team brainstorming.
  • 6–12 Months: Demonstrate reliability across multiple campaigns and platforms; begin mentoring newer team members or interns.
  • 12–18 Months: Progress to handling major campaigns, contribute to agency design standards, and support the Design Head with training, reviews, or special projects.
